Financial Modeling & Due Diligence: Build project-finance models covering the full contract term for DBFOM structures, incorporating multiple sensitivity scenarios, debt-service and loan-life coverage ratios (DSCR/LLCR), and tools for calculating break-even prices, and lead technical and financial due diligence for lenders, investors, and concessionaires. 1,621,270 Chilean UF (USD 68.5 million) in fleet and depot acquisition cost; 2,365,878 Chilean UF (USD 100 million) in total scheduled lease payments; led due diligence responses for USD 63 million of that total.

Site Feasibility & Permitting: Evaluate site control and permitting risks prior to capital deployment, using GIS to screen sites against zoning requirements while reviewing property ownership and occupancy rights, title encumbrances, environmental overlays, and utility interconnection.

Tenders & Regulatory Representation: Manage public procurement bids from preparation through submission and act as formally designated authorized representative (apoderado) for operators in 50+ administrative proceedings (descargos & recursos de reposición) and 250+ formal inquiries before sector regulators.

Stakeholder Negotiation & Analytics: Mediate between public agencies and private operators to resolve obstacles to regulatory approval; build automated dashboards and AI-supported tools to streamline monitoring and evaluation.
